Ceejay is an alternative folk punk rock artist with hip-hop energy, known for a charismatic, high-connection live show that moves between intimate moments and chaos. This is the only full-band Ceejay show in York this year, taking place at The Fulford Arms on Thursday 9 April. 

Ceejay has been praised by Make It Loud for saying he “has the ability to lyrically paint you a psychological landscape, set against a backdrop of gorgeous beats,” while Brian “Yap” Barry (One Minute Silence) describes the project as having a “fresh sound in its own round way,” adding that “Ceejay is definitely a force of nature” — the title of Ceejay’s debut EP.
