– The majority of our shows are standing room only. (Please let us know if you require seating due to injury/disability etc for a specific show and we will accommodate wherever possible.)
– The age policy for most events at the venue is 16+. ID may be requested.
Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 16 years of age will not be admitted to the event, and will not be eligible for a refund. The same applies to any of our 18+ events. Please check the age policy on the ticket listing before purchase.
– Dogs welcome on leads in the beer garden, but not inside during gigs due to the volume and risk of being trampled. (with the exception of service dogs). Dogs can come inside when there’s no gig on!
Please remember we are situated in a residential area, and so we ask that you respect our neighbours when utilising the outside areas and when leaving the venue.
